Our Ecosystem
Our proven collective impact model ensures arts education reaches every school across Miami-Dade County.
We align nonprofit leaders, schools, district officials, teaching artists, funders, and youth into coordinated coalitions that drive impact across entire communities.

Cross-Sector Coalitions & Capacity Building
We translate alignment into action through structured cohorts that meet consistently, share responsibility, and build leadership across the ecosystem.
Through shared planning, professional development, and coordinated decision-making, we strengthen organizations and ensure the system performs at scale.

The Catalyst Grant Program is a two year funding opportunity supporting grassroots and emerging arts organizations delivering school based arts education across Miami-Dade County Public Schools
Catalyst grants fund direct student programming, primarily through after school and school connected activities, and when possible during the school day, across disciplines including visual arts, dance, theatre, ballet, and multidisciplinary practices.
More than funding, the program serves as a strategic entry point into the Arts Access Miami ecosystem. Grantees receive both implementation support and structured cohort engagement, participating in shared planning, data alignment, and partnership development to strengthen program quality and long term organizational sustainability.
