Uniting Stakeholders to Transform How School Districts Deliver Arts Education
In partnership with 25 arts education organizations, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, teaching artists, state and local leaders, and universities, we have built the largest sustainable arts ecosystem in any U.S. school district.
For too long, arts organizations have worked in silos, competing for resources instead of combining their strengths. Our model replaces competition with collaboration, aligning schools, nonprofits, and funders around one shared goal: ensuring every child in every neighborhood has access to free, high-quality arts education.

Keys to Success

Collective Leadership
We facilitate structured collaboration among nonprofit arts organizations, school leaders, and community partners. This cultivates unified leadership, strengthens coordination, and ensures that resources, expertise, and responsibilities are aligned across schools and communities for greater collective impact.

Community -Centered Programming
We deliver free, high-quality music, dance, theater, and visual arts programs designed in partnership with each neighborhood. Our programs provide in-school and after-school instruction, events, scholarships, and resources that engage students, reflect community culture, and strengthen school and family connections.

Impact-Driven Accountability
We collect and use data to improve programming, guide investments, and measure outcomes, while sharing reports and community feedback to accelerate progress and impact across the ecosystem.

Systems-Based Solution for Arts Education
We engage every stakeholder — students, families, educators, schools, arts organizations, and institutional leaders — to co-create a sustainable, scalable, and coordinated system that delivers high quality arts education for every student and every school.
